I used Busy moves for packing and loading of a POD container in Aug 2024. I originally called for an out-of -state move and was referred to another company. Things changed so I had to pivot to a POD, but I bring it up bc I felt like the company I was referred to was also legit, which says alot about BustNMoves. Anyway, I was happy to pivot bc the 2 guys they sent were awesome: very professional, very respectful. They were kind to my 2 dogs, and they asked for clarification when needed but also clearly knew what they were doing. This was a great experience for me at a very challenging time. The only bad thing is that they don't have an office where I am moving!

Conner and Jayden our experienced movers arrived on time and ready to go. After I gave them a quick run down of what was to be moved they went to work. Great attitudes as well as flexibility when I would change my mind. From the beginning (calling and arranging the move to the end) Bust N Move were great to work with. I highly recommend using their services if you're planning a move!

10/10 recommend this moving company! First, scheduling was super easy and simple. They were flexible and took the time to explain what would work best for our move. Second, on the day of our move Conner & Moon were punctual, friendly and driven. These guys got the job super fast we were able to move out of our place ahead of time! Jayden and Conner knocked it out today! I got tired watching them… they did so many stairs today! Moved from a 3 bed 2 bath apt to a same sized townhome with everything boxed up ready to go, tons of furniture that had to go upstairs. Took 5 hours and 45 minutes. Bust N Moves helped me in a pinch a few times last year as well. These guys are great!

Our move was crazy. We moved furniture out of one house and spread it to so many other homes. These guys made 9 different stops Getting things to where they needed to be they were so good so patient and so careful.I really liked being able to talk to a real person! I would use them over and over and over again!!

Carlos the lead mover on my job walked through the home with me and took note of all my items and his team Juan and Feilen were quick to wrap any items I hadn't as well as applied corner blankets to my walls and blankets on the hardwood floors. The care that they took with my items and my home is top notch! I had some very heavy furniture pieces and art work that they were cautious with and loaded the truck perfectly based off what was going to storage until my new home is complete and what was going with me. Awesome people! They kept my move under budget which was great. They talked me through everything and even though my house was still a mess, they worked with me. The only thing is that they charged for the drive it took from the shop to my old apartment. I understood the drive to the new place( my first house!!!) but to just get to the first point of the move was a little much. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.
