Drive Time
For all moves, we add drive time to the bill. This time varies but is generally the time it takes to get to and/or from our location.
Heavy Item Fee
For any heavy items that weigh over 300 lbs (pianos, gun safes, etc) there will be an additional, pre-determined fee to move the item. We do not move any items over 600 lbs.
No Hidden Fees
We do not charge any last minute or hidden fees (fuel, stairs, mileage charges, etc)
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cashier’s Check, or Cash. We do not accept American Express or checks.

BustNMoves was phenomenal in every way. The moving team had a work ethic I’ve never seen before. It was beyond impressive to see how they interacted with each other and with us as their client. We had been our house for 42 years and the amount of things to move was staggering. Every one of the movers were extremely positive and accommodating throughout the day. Communication was clear.The move was estimated to take 8-10 hours. It took13 because of things we added to the move. These guys must have been exhausted by the end of the day. They kicked it into high gear and were almost running as if to say let’s get this job done. I was astounded with their tenacity and good humor even to the end. My family felt like we had made some wonderful friends by the end of the day.After they left, we just marveled at the quality, hard work, and positivity they brought to the move. Whoever puts these team together knows how to identify a team worker, a person who takes pride in whatever work they do, a worker that will give it their all with a positive attitude.My sister-in -law was here to help with the move and hired them on the spot for her move. We had a remodel in our home and BustNMoves came and moved our furniture and storage bins into our garage and then when remodel was done came back and moved it back. We were extremely unprepared for my mother’s move (she’s 90 yrs old). These folks helped us pack, move, and set up her furniture even though it took a few visits. They even stored her furniture because the contractors were still in the house when they got there!!! I’ll never use another mover! Friendly, accommodating, resourceful and wonderful to work with. I wish there were more stars to give.

Mike, Ed, Haidar, Connor, Micah were beyond amazing! We had an incredibly challenging move with heavy furniture, pianos, and workout equipment. I used Busy moves for packing and loading of a POD container in Aug 2024. I originally called for an out-of -state move and was referred to another company. Things changed so I had to pivot to a POD, but I bring it up bc I felt like the company I was referred to was also legit, which says alot about BustNMoves. Anyway, I was happy to pivot bc the 2 guys they sent were awesome: very professional, very respectful. They were kind to my 2 dogs, and they asked for clarification when needed but also clearly knew what they were doing. This was a great experience for me at a very challenging time. The only bad thing is that they don't have an office where I am moving!

Conner and Jayden our experienced movers arrived on time and ready to go. After I gave them a quick run down of what was to be moved they went to work. Great attitudes as well as flexibility when I would change my mind. From the beginning (calling and arranging the move to the end) Bust N Move were great to work with. Jayden and Conner knocked it out today! I got tired watching them… they did so many stairs today! Moved from a 3 bed 2 bath apt to a same sized townhome with everything boxed up ready to go, tons of furniture that had to go upstairs. Took 5 hours and 45 minutes. Bust N Moves helped me in a pinch a few times last year as well. These guys are great!

Our move was crazy. We moved furniture out of one house and spread it to so many other homes. These guys made 9 different stops Getting things to where they needed to be they were so good so patient and so careful.I really liked being able to talk to a real person! Carlos the lead mover on my job walked through the home with me and took note of all my items and his team Juan and Feilen were quick to wrap any items I hadn't as well as applied corner blankets to my walls and blankets on the hardwood floors. The care that they took with my items and my home is top notch! I had some very heavy furniture pieces and art work that they were cautious with and loaded the truck perfectly based off what was going to storage until my new home is complete and what was going with me.
