I just moved here from Arizona and spent 18-20 hours on the road yesterday, needless to say I was entirely to tired to even move the little bit of stuff I had to my second floor apartment. Not only was the service upon first contact over the top but Carlos and Juan did an amazing job handling my belongings and setting everything up per my approval. The response time was quick and the process as a whole was very easy! Thank you Carlos and Juan for doing such an an amazing job!

I had Andrew and Dakota help with my move and they were fantastic. They arrived on time, were kind, and funny. All of my items made it to my new house with no damage and everything went to the correct rooms. We used BustNMoves for an in-town move. Chayden, Dakota, and Jamison showed up ready to work. They were polite, professional, and tried their best to be clean and careful. We had a ton of stuff, so it turned into a long day. The crew maintained a positive and helpful attitude. They handled our piano with great care. Jameson and Ty did a great job packing up and loading. They took the time to communicate well with me and worked hard. The unloading went very well and they made sure everything was very well taken care of. I was on a tight budget and could only afford about 4 1/2 hours and discussed that with Alex over the phone when scheduling. When the movers got here, I did a quick overview of the furniture and what was high priority since I knew we would not be able to tackle everything.Mike and Ty were amazing and got all of the heavy furniture loaded and moved to our storage unit withing 3.3 hours. This included travel time too! This surpassed my expectations and they were able to take an entire truck full in that time!Overall, my entire experience was incredible. They were quick and helpful and every step of the way they were communicative, as well as Alex who helped answer all of my questions and concerns. Once I find my new place, I will absolutely be hiring BustNMoves again to help move the furniture over!
